This seems so true. My husband says he didn't lie to me, which is true, but he didn't tell me the truth which is that he was seeing someone else. I was the one who brought up the idea of divorce/separation and he only told me about the other woman a month after that - she apparently has my interests at heart! I told him that she had HER interests at heart unless she was mentally subnormal!
He wants to chat when he comes round and tell me about what he's been doing as though we are old friends. He just doesn't understand how hurt I am. Not just about the infidelity - though I am hurt he couldn't just be honest and move out then & there. But that I am grieving over our marriage whilst he has clearly moved on.
Yet the house is still full of his clutter because they don't have much room. I am going to shove it all in the garage if he doesn't sort it.

He has just come back from a holiday in Ireland with her and her children, but hasn't done anything with either of our sons, apart from talk to them when he drops by, and having one game of football with elder son a few weeks ago. I am so angry about how he has neglected them.
