I am seeing CAB solicitor for free half hour advice and wondered if anyone had advice on how best to use this time - what questions I should be asking ?

Been with STBX 22 years living in same house (jointly owned) married for 18 years and have one teenage child. I work part time (career halted as main carer) he is in good job with increasing earnings potential, final salary pension, etc.

Any help/ advice would be appreciated .

Thanks .

Tbh you get what you pay for, a free half hour will get you some basic advice about what it will cost to resolve the issues you have, it''s more a lead than free advice.
