Bad night. Just come home from work, needed to get outta there. Was working away and..........i just hit a wall and broke down. The pain and guilt today is just to much. I really feel like giving up.

Hi Matt

I have followed your threads over the last few days and you seem very hard on yourself. You clearly show great remorse for what you have done and are trying to put that right.

I admire your courage and like all of us here you still have bad days and really bad days but if you carry on working on yourself like you seem to be you can only win. You may even win your wife back if that's what you both want but if you don't in the end you will still be a winner because you have taken responsibity for your actions - alot of people dont.

Be proud of yourself.

Linda

X

Feeling down and 'cruising' the site. Thank you Joy for making me laugh-perhaps you should have put more letters and less *s but then it wouldn't have been so funny
