I'm really sorry to hear about the loss of your friend, it's terrible to lose anyone with so much life to look forward to.

The news is even harder when your own resistance is down, just take some extra time to look after your self.

Best wishes

Kalamari

Me too Donnylass!

I hate the weekends at the moment - I have spent the evening cleaning my son's bedroom! Desperate or what - needed to take my mind off things.

You're not alone.

so sorry to read this, seems we are all behind you and are all also in the same boat. The reasons you have to carry on are for your family you mum and dad. I've contemplated taking my life and i do so every day. I work in London city and everytime I get on the tube I have a split second decision to make and its not easy and I have children.

The pain is so very bad and though it seems the only way out somehow i manage to get through each day.

I cant sleep and havnt eaten a meal since 4th July.

I'm now on so many pills I swear I rattle and it is not funny.

My neighbours wife died last Sunday with Broncle neumonia after the care home didn't clean and change her tubes. Keith was with her for 47 years. He is a broken man and as he said he has no reason to work or carry on now.

Things like your friend passing must give us the insperation to make the most of our lives.

At the moment we both dont see the point and wonder why but as time goes by there may be a reason. This is probably all bo11ox i have written but well done on now drinking it is one step to keep a clear head.

Take care matt

Ricky

Just been sent home from work AGAIN! Clearly im not copeing, been told to take a few days off.........."Every little helps" i suppose. Thanks for your support guys, Ricky i know where your comming from m8, but part of the problem is my mum and dad passed in 04 and 07 respectivly. Her family was my family (even though most of the time i did'nt treat them as such} I quite litterally am all alone. Lol, and its quite funny you mentioned not eating since the 4th........ Ditto m8, that was our wedding aniversary.
