I hope you can help...its slightly complicated :dry:
I was married in Scotland and my partner still lives in our marital home. I want to apply for a quickie divorce but need to resolve some things first. I am willing to sign over the marital home to him if he pays me a small % in the event of a sale.
I have been living in Sweden for the past 2 years and want to buy a property. Can he make any claim on anything I buy in Sweden?:unsure:

Hi Erinp,

From the limited details it is hard to comment, Scotland still leans heavily on DOS for the purposes of asset valuations and division in divorce.
