son 12 has not yet returned home he was supposesd to be with me today. Father gives him alot of money to spend the day out and he comes so late.it is now 10:30 pm to show he is not in my control so he can get residence for him.
what should I do?

Thanks son just got back home refuses to tell me where he was and does not give me number of new sim card provided by dad. He is making false allegations that I do not provide him food so he has to go out to eat dinner:blink:
I have a daughter at home who is well fed:huh:

Let him go and live with his dad I find a short spell living with the other parent usually is enough to show them what he is really like and if he is happier there then everyone wins

ex just wants the house and if he gets residence I will get a very small share. Son may return to me but I will not have any room for him or financial support. Ex wants to marry and from family home buy a new home, he already remortgaged this home and got 100 k to himself
