Its now nearly 3 months since he got the divorce papers. Numerous questions from me and four letters from my solicitors asking who is solicitors are and still nothing.

Found out late last night my affidavit for Deemed Service has been refused and I need to serve him his papers via a baliff.....anyone any ideas how long this process now takes??

I'm frustrated and i'm fed up. He got what he wanted in March and 6 months down the line we are still no further forward.

Thanks
