GOOD MORNING, I WONDER IF ANY ONE CAN HELP. MY HUSBAND HAS DECIDED TO CHANGE THE COURT ORDER HIMSLEF, BY VARYING THE COURT ORDER FROM PAYING IT ALL £200. AMONTH TO ONLY HALF. I HAVE TO PAY THE HOUSE HOLD INSURRANCE. ITS £55.00 DUE TO IT BEING THATCHED. I NO LONGER LIVE IN THE PROPERTY, AND ITS UP FOR SALE. HE HAS WRITTEN TO ME SAYING HE HAS LOST HIS JOB AND WILL NOW BE ONLY PAYING HALF. HE DOUBTS ANY JUDGE WILL KEEP HIM TO THE ORIGINAL ORDERL. I AM ON A PENSION AND CANNOT AFORD TO PAY OUT ANY MORE. AS NOW SHARING A HOUSE WITH A FRIEND. I DONT PAY RENT AS SUCH, BUT PAY SOME BILLS AND BUY ALL THE FOOD. I CANNOT AFORD TO GO BACK TO COURT EITHER, I CANNOT GET LEGAL AID MY SOLICITOR SAYS, THOUGH NOT ENTIRLY SURE, AS I HAD A PENSION LUM SUM WHICH NOW SPENT AS I DIDNT WANT MY HUSBAND TO GET ANY OF IT, SILLY AS IT MIGHT SOUND. WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE.

Forgive me but you asked this same question a couple of days ago - has anything changed that might alter people's responses? I seem to recall Diivorcelawyer replied the last time - pretty good advice.

If he's not obeying a court order and you can't afford a solicitor, could you self rep?

Also, your post is all in capital letters and very difficult to read...

hi i didnt realise it was a lawyer who replied. sorry, mind is in a mess, i dont think i could self rep. havent got the courage. any way to day i have had a letter from him, i think he is moving out, or at least his words were i shall be shortly moving on. i will sort it, sorry for the duplication.
