I agree with Zara

Don't let him bully you. I think you are wise to enlist the help of a solicitor and if your husband doesn't want to receive letters from her that's his look out. He can't sort out a divorce settlement if he refuses to negotiate.

Hi there

No, there shouldnt be a charge. It isnt what I say is your property - the SRA say it is yours...check out the SRA site if you need to quote the rules to them - www.sra.org.uk
