Hello. I need to move to get a court hearing to decide on the market and sale value of the former marital home. it was part of the Consent Order that it was sold immediately. this was 6 months ago. My ex will not engage or communicat on the subject and refused to answer the estate agents recommendations to reduce price.

I have informed the court I am self repping and a letter is ready with evidence to go to the court to ask for a hearing and date.

But, I don't know what to expect as part of that hearing, what the expectations are, what form it takes, is this a very short hearing or is there much discussion and additional evidence needed. What is needed to prepare before the hearing?

If anyone knows or has experience of the same your advice is appreciated.
