I have just received my ex's questionnaire.

I noticed that I made a typo in the question "can the application provide a copy of the last 12 months statements from his Tesco Credit Card (payments made 19/08/15 - 18/10/15)"

He has only produced the August 15 - October 15. Do I have to live with that or can I ask him to produce the 12 months. (The reason for this he has paid onto his credit card £22k and I believe he is hiding his money there).

He also instead of producing evidence to back up his claim (e.g. losing £2k per year) he has just written an paragraph.

I'm self-representing myself. I was going to write to his solicitor but since April last year they have ignored all my letters so I think they will do the same.

If I copy in the court will have help or hinder me

Please help as I don't know what are the next steps :(

He should have attached 12 months statements to his form E. I would just write to his solicitor pointing out that they are missing and ask for them to be supplied. Give a date for it to be done by.
