I am stuck big time! I have my final hearing and have to put my suggestions to the courts as to what I want to happen financially. I have been unable to negotiate as my ex has refused to give his accounts for his second business,if
I give out the info that I have managed to obtain on here would somebody able to give me a clue as to what would be fair with the limited information I have

Husband 52
wife 52
Married 8 years (incl co- hab)
Income
wife 11k
husband £25k ( from one business but has two)

Assets
Husband £30k
Wife £40k (after sale costs) ( I own the property with a former partner for 26 years ( Intervenor) 50% share each.

Debts
Wife £12k
Husband £750.00

Pensions
Wife- state pension
Husband - only 13 years contributions to state pension?

No children to the marriage

I have the responsibility of care for my father (alzheimers) 4 nights per week.
Husband bought nothing to the marriage ( his house was repossessed for non payment)
Husband went to prison for an attempt on my life and had and still has a bad gambling habit ( evidenced), he went bankrupt without telling me in 2006) I was left to pay his £25k (personally guaranteed loan) which I have paid. The 12k debts are marital debts which I have been paying, I will take the debt on as there is no chance of any contributions from him.
Any ideas anyone please? x
