Hi

I'm self representing at the FDR next week, I can't afford solicitor representation, though my ex can.

I know that the FDR is more of a mediation session, it's not legally binding as the Judge can only provide guidance and encouragement. That said, it's still scary for a non-legal person, do I have reason to be nervous with how it works ?

Are there any tips from previous self-reppers ?

Thanks

Mark

To find it, Click on TOOLS
Then DIVORCE RESOURCES
Then LAW AND PROCEDURE

and you should find it.
