I thought I would never trust again and was reluctant to get into a committed relationship which I knew to survive would require trust. Infact I never thought I would trust ever again but I do!!! It was a huge turning point for me, actually I didn''t even realise the trust was building until one day I actually thought out loud "I actually trust this guy:woohoo: " Perhaps I will never trust 100% but think 99.8% is pretty good going:).

It won''t happen overnight it may take months of getting to know someone before you trust them. Trust is built up over a long period of time especially if your trust has previously been shoved back in your face.
