To be honest, I started to sleep so much better when my stbx moved into another bedroom. I used to have difficulty falling asleep as I was desperately trying to keep as far as poss away from him, and then I would wake up so many times during the night I began to feel worse than when the children were babies. Without decent sleep, I can't cope with the day time trials and tribulations, so I would whole heartedly recommend having your own bed!! :)

You have to be able to resist the temptation to suffocate him with a pillow as he sleeps.

I asked a male friend why a man would want to still share same bed in these circumstances and he said 'in the hope that he can slip it in one night' if you know what I mean.

I would suggest if you have to share at least wear double knickers.
