Hi

Consent Order that finally got the ex to agree to at FDR 18 months ago states that for sale of the FMH and the current payment of spousal maintenance one of the triggers is to be when the youngest child reaches 18 or ceases secondary education. There is no child maintenance being paid, this was agreed in the consent order and as it is both my children decided to live with me in the end anyway (I know seems strange but EX refused in FDR to consider any agreement for immediate sale of FMH and doing the sums it actually worked out cheaper to pay SM for 2 years rather than go to Final Hearing). My question is when is the end of secondary education? I have seen 31st August in that year, but I'm not sure that since this is part of the consent order if that is correct or is it at the end of A level exams? At the time my solicitor thought August but Ex's barrister was quoting June
