Any advice please? Have Decree Nisi and 1st appontment at court for ancilliary relief in July. D finishes A levels this summer will go to uni. I understand under CSA father pays maintenance till secondary education finishes. Can he just refuse to pay anything for her after that? I have tried to get him to agree maintenace for her through uni in my proposals for settlement but got no response. He is a high earner c £60k pa plus benefits. Now living with new partner

You may apply for maintenance for the benefit of an over 18 year old who is in, or will be in, education or training. Alternatively an over 18 year old can apply for maintenance from separated parents in their own right as long as there isn't an existing order in place.
