He gets legal aid? how? self employed enough said, I pay private, he now co-habits !! with his new partner so why does no-one put two and two together and why is his legal aid still been granted. Anyone no what I can do about it!?
ps I am not on legal aid and hence 13k on solicitors in past and got no-where and no child maintenance thanks to the csa I am now representing myself!!!
Rant over v frustrated with legal system!

Hi, I know exactly how you feel, he, self employed and on legal aid, myself, I am paying. I wrote to legal aid, but after investigating did not do anything. I am representing myself in the final hearing as well. All the best. To make things worse, they also come with a barrister, i dont know whether this means good or bad. love ruku
