Anyone got any tips on legal aide. My divorce becoming very difficult, seems to be going all the way to a final hearing. Stbx seems to have lost a fortune in income and capital in the last year, also remorgaged some property of ours , without my knowledge. Money disappearing rapidly, my own income about 11,000. Am considering moving to legal aide firm to try and cope with this blooming nightmare.:(

You need advice asap -it may be a case for an injunction under s 37 MCA 1973 if H is trying to deplete assets / income

Check financial availability on CLS website
Solr will do this in first 10 min of interview.....make sure 1st 1 hr free and before rambling on about the case get them to means test you to see if you qualify

thank you, role on monday, it is a long job sorting this out. To say the man declared his love for me, and it would never fail, i think his sort of love stinks.
