Hi. I'm new here, hello everyone and thank you to all those who support those like myself. I am 10 years divorced. I have a Consent Order which includes maintenance on a joint lives basis. I have a 28 year old son who is disabled and i've not been able to return to work since he was 11 as I have caring responsibilities. My ex has just filed a Form A1 to have the spousal maintenance discharged on the grounds that I can soon take my private pension which formed part of the original settlement. Can someone help me and let me know which E form I need to complete as the court has not given any indication just one of the three E, E1 or E2. I know its not the E2. My outgoing are far more that my incoming and i am relying on capital to meet the shortfall and therefore cannot afford to lose the SM.
Thank you in anticipation for your reply.
