Hi, I'm finding this site a great help

Officially divorced as of yesterday, but still to come to agreement on Child Custody and financial split - in the process of child arrangement order, have 2 boys aged 9 and 14 both living with me.

Ex wife making every part of the process as difficult as possible.

Welcome on board, though it’s unfortunate that any of us need to be here in the first place, cos who wants divorce, right?! There are some great experienced folk who are able to advise if you have some specifics to share.

Wishing you the best possible outcome during the probably rocky road ahead :)

Thanks grassisgreener. This site has already been a massive help & I'm fairly sure I'll be using it lots more with the child arrangement & financial order still to be resolved.

How have things been it's so difficult when the court decides on your children

I'm in a bittersweet position as my ex doesn't want to see his child because it gives me ' free time' so didn't file for CAO it's so sad for my son but good for me,

All the best Christmas is obviously a emotive difficult time in these situations
