Hi - can anyone help me with completing this section of the D8 form please?

Since separating my ex has lived in Denmark for nearly 2 years and I am still in the UK where we lived together for 22 years. We are both British.

On part 3 (Jurisdiction) of the D8 form, do I tick the first box (The court has jurisdiction to hear this case under "Article 3(1) of the Council Regulation (EC) No 2201/2003 of 27 November 2003", and then the "on the following grounds", Tick "Other" and write in the box the connection being that I the Petitioner am resident in the UK.

OR is the box under this, "the court has jurisdiction other than under the Council Regulation on the basis that no Contracting state has jurisdiction under the Council Regulation and The Petitioner is domiciled on England and wales on the date etc......

Many thanks in advance!
