have been separated for 3 years and paid 100pounds per month for nine years for my first son to CSA and anything from £200- £500 per month agreed by my ex for my other two children since my separation taken directly from my pay with british army.CSA now say I owe thousands of pounds as I have only paid for 1 child as ex denies having any other monies from me .How can I defend my position on this matter

I would imagine as you have had it taken directly out of your wages that you can therefore prove you have paid it.

I would send a copy of this to CSA or can your UPO send a letter to them stating that this is what has happened.

Being in the Forces you have a lot of support networks that you can access, use them to your advantage, your welfare officer and Padre will also be able to help you with this.

I don''t understand why you have not paid for them all through CSA though, as this would have stopped this misunderstanding.

I hope this helps
