This guide will set out how to locate your missing child.
A Prohibited Steps Order is an order used to stop something being done to a child. This order prohibits a parent from doing something they would otherwise be allowed to do as part of parental responsibility. They must be important issues that otherwise could not be resolved by a different order.
A Specific Issue Order is a order made under Section 8 of The Children Act 1989. A Specific Issue Order is an order to give direction to answer a specific question about an aspect of parental responsibility.
A child arrangements order sets put with whom a child is to live with, spend time with or have contact with. This usually includes both parents and can include relatives such as grandparents. This order replaces contact and residence orders and brings arrangements together in to one order.
