I brought my wife from abroad a few years ago we got a half a year family viza after applied for pressetle status. She has a 18 years daughter which has been granted with settle status. I have a house in mortgage for one year. I want to divorce my wife. The mortgage is only on my name and she doesn't pay anything. I'm paying the mortgage, the bills and for the shopping. We argue a lot and they both jumping with insults towards me. When I tell them to leave me if they don't like me they say that by law they can force me to leave and continue to pay the mortgage. I didn't want to lose the mortgage because I struggled to save the money for deposit and it wasn't easy but now in order to separate with her I'm willing to sale the house, pay off the debt to the bank and be free of her. She is a scam and an abuser. Always provoking me to hit her and I barely resist to be patient and not end up in the prison. Talking bad things not only about me but also about my sister and my parents which anoyes me the most and they know it. Unfortunately because the mortgage is very expensive and I'm struggling to pay for everything on my own I am in debt and I don't have a financial possibility to get an advice from a solicitor. What should I do to escape from this person with minimum consequences
