Time has come My x resides in the FHM. The youngest is 16 but has decided to agree to the FHM to be sold

A Declaration of Trust is in place, that if all parties are within agreement the FHM can be sold.

Q from the sale x will have to pay back DWP/LAid and what Debt

I have none but because the youngest is 16 and resides with x I assume she will have to rent who pays / also once sold apart from CMS will it be a clear cut without x claiming that I have extra savings but will invest into living arrangements so will not have any spare money.

Hard for anyone to suggest what the outcome may be when there are no details of incomes or other assets.

Great point as usual :)
We have a Declaration of Trust in place that states 50/50 but x has a charge against FHM that will come out from her pot once sold as with any Debt
As not Married makes it a lot easier x not entitled to pension so will be clear cut x not working but on Benefits running up Debt but will say have 110 thou from sale but will be reduced by half due to Pay back DWP/LAid from her pot.

x will have to rent who pays ?

I will have full amount from mine will re invest into accommodation ..

I'm working self employed x will only have whats left but will have a 16 year still which I’m still paying CMS no problems with but if i'm correct stating that it would not be me who funds x move and pay her rent so x will have to fund the move from the sale of the FHM from her amount if thats the case

Hope that helps.
