You could be clear that your communication is strictly concerned with this matter.

I would be inclined to focus your energy on that rather than complaining about the barrister who from what you say has done a good job. You may need them again.

If you are receiving letters from the other side, a barrister is not best placed to help . You either need your own solicitor or to act as litigant in person. If you are going to be LIP, you need to make sure you are familiar with the court process and seek support as needed with letters, paperwork etc. There is support for LIPs available via this site.

Yes but i am not getting the letters or communications he is and is not responding to them, when he said he would. I have asked him if he no time i will get someone else i have asked if he wants more money etc etc he keeps saying he is on with it yet doesnt get on with it, is the issue. If he was to say sorry no time i would go down a different route, however one letter from him could end this yet for whatever reason although he keeps saying he will crack on he doesnt
