I am struggling a bit with the time that my sols is taking in doing things. I have been waiting for over a month for draft letters re; valuations etc. I saw him today and he said he would get the draft out to me soon. We now do not have enough time before 1st court hearing to get the valuations back and make any decisions. He said there is no rush as its only the 1st hearing but it would be good if we could get this over with as little court hearings and delaying. We cant even finalise the form E`s, as waiting for official values.
I am not in a great rush but I dont want to spend a fortune unnecessarily just because my sols is in no rush to get required information.
Is 6 weeks acceptable to draw up a letter requesting such information.
