There are a number of ways to search/find a collaborative family law solicitor; the Law Society of Scotland has an extensive searchable database of their members; personal recommendations from people you know, recommendations from other solicitors and there is also the Family Law Association who are a collective of fl solicitors throughout Scotland who are committed to finding non-adversarial resolution - www.familylawassociation.org/
