I have to return to the UK soon for my FDR appointment, my wife has in her possession a bank pass book belonging to me and i have asked my wife''s solicitor to ask there client to post this book to an address i have provided to them ( this has not happened)also i have asked for confirmation that they have done. They are Fully aware that i need this money as soon as i arrive in the UK but after 2 emails over the last 3 weeks is there anything is can do about the solicitors not responding?

I would like to keep everything in writing as this is not the 1st time they have not responded to emails so i would not trust anything they might say over the phone as they can denies it.
