FRD appointment

( defending my self) 3 weeks today ago my wife and i exchanged our supplementary questions, am i right in thinking that as she as the applicant has to put some financial proposals to myself? if i am correct my big concern it that even if she put some proposals to me today i will only have 9 days to think and respond with my proposals before she has to submit both sets of proposals to the court,this is not the 1st time they leave things as late as possible as i believe its part of the plan to discredit me with the court for being late with paper

i think, I could be wrong, you exchange open proposals on the same day (if you want them visible to the court) by agreeing a date prior to the hearing.

on the info i have off here it says
As the Applicant,you must wright to the court at least 7 days before this hearing takes place explaining
what proposals you have made to your ex

what your ex''s was
and
what proposals your ex has made to you
and
enclose copies of letters/emails you have written to the court.
so that''s why i have been expecting something from them.

makes sense. you have to serve this to your ex and file the same at the court. Ex has to do the same.
