My wife''s solicitor have sent a case summary to the court stating that i have only 2 issues this is untrue as i have many more issues i want to bring before the judge can i email the court and tell them this is an unfair and totally untrue statement of facts by them? we are at the stage where we have exchanged the questionnaires but neither has exchange answers yet and we have our first hearing no Monday. (i am representing my self by phone as i live outside the UK)
