My wife,started a divorce in England/Wales but i have lived out side the UK for all most 5 years , DO I STILL HAVE TO FiLL form E IN?

My understanding that you are now going through Ancillary Relief in court. Regardless of where your assets are, you will still need to complete form etc and include all assets for the purposes of full disclosure.
