Process server? I never had anyone come to me I have never received the non molestation order in my hand. I have been told there is one by my wife''s family. I have asked by email to my wife''s father where was the order served? (I am homeless due to my wife saying I cannot come home) I have asked at what court was the order obtained and when. They have gone silence. Does it mean I can go home and see my children. This order I was told happened on 13th April. Can I go home.. And from my home being with my children wait to see what they are able to do to me legally am I just a fool doing whatever my wife and her family say. I have learned on this site I have to have a copy. If there is no order can I go home the house is big enough for me to sleep in another room. I want to go home. Can I. I have never been vilolent to my wife or babies I need to go home can I. The police have never been in our life''s.
