Weird one for everyone. I am using wikivorce sols to draft divorce etc and my reason is adultery. What wording will they use if it because he was using escorts? Can it be worded like Husband committed adultery multiple times between last 2 years with multiple unnamed women?

Dear kj40
Sorry you are going through this awful roller coster also. Hopefully you''ll know to lean on the wiki community if things get difficult.
To answer to your question : if you are definitely going with the adultery route you may need to have undeniable proof of your claims (Such as written confession). You may instead decide to go with unreasonable behaviour and in the list, include in prominence the fact that you know/suspect them to have frequented escorts...
However be reassured that only you, your STBX and the judge will ever really see that document so the exact details are not too much to get exactly right ... Though believe me I understand it''sthe principle of it that will be nagging you...

Good luck

I can''t give you the exact wording, but it would be something like this:

The respondent admitted committing adultery with an unnamed woman in [month][year] and as a result the Petitioner found it intolerable to live with the respondent. The respondent left the marital home in [month][year] and continues to live separate and apart from the Petitioner.

You can always ask to see the wording on the Petition before it is submitted to court.
