i was awarded 12k plus 8% 12 years ago i want to go for the money how do i do it in county court

How were you awarded the money? The claim may be subject to the statute of limitations which means that it lapses after 6 years.

it was a Consent Order in the family court in 2004 dec 29

Was the money to be paid on a trigger event? For instance when a property is sold? Did you have a legal charge registered on a property?

no trigger it was following a divorce but my ex did various things i.e. trandfer property etc so i can now go for the money as i know he has it in his account
