I have drafted and sent a very long letter of complaint about my old sol's , i have recieved a phone call from the legal services complaint who are dealing with my complaint. There are lots they can bring up ie, not informed about hearing for absolute , no orders given to me, not informing me i had a penal notice, but alot of things were said via the phone and yup i have no proof of what that sol said, one of the things being for my own mental well being i should draw a line under it all and not go for a final hearing which i did anyway thx to Amanda.I also wanted to know why an applicaton was not made at any time to the court to get funds from my ex given me and the kids were living in squat like conditions , was told that is a proffessinal judgement. So legal services are dealing with the service i had recieved but i have to complain elsewhere about there mis conduct and was not given an address, does any body know who i can complain to about this.

I hope you have better luck with the Legal Complaints Service than I did.

I lost my home and business due to my useless solicitor and the Law Society investigated him for a year and then decided there was nothing they could do as they can only investigate Poor Service.

In my opinion there is no complaints system within the legal system. I tried all the complaints systems and Law Ombudsman and got nowhere.

Letters of complaints are dealt with on a 'Pass the Parcel' system and no one wants to be left holding it when the music stops because no one wants the responsibility. They just hope you'll give up and go away.

Which is what I did - but not before I made a blog about my former solicitor, just to let him know what I thought about him. It made me feel better anyway! :P

Arnie Sacnusson look him up in directory of members under community. He's had some interesting posts and blogs about his solicitors.

Angel I got paid some money for complaining about a solicitor. I am well out of time now with this case to complain about my sons legal guardian & sol .The LSC have said they will use their discretion if I give a good enough reason why it is out of time.
Yes Arnie is 1 of the good guys .I hope Arnie gets justice , it is always the way the nice 1's get a bad deal.
