Referred to in another thread - what is a Client Care Letter? - I didn't get one - are we all supposed to get one of these?
When I asked about the lack of forecasts of likely costs under the Solicitor's Code my complaint solicitor said by way of explanation that I received regular bills. Not quite the answer I expected.
