Hi dont know whether to take my sol advice. My 3 children are in private school. Ex2b owes two his half of 2 terms fees I owe a half. Sol has said to cash in a policy which will pay whole lot off. I am objecting as I have already paid 2k and this would not be taken into account. I have suggested that the policy be split 50/50 but be used to pay off fees. Sol reckons he wont use it to pay fees so I will still be in a mess. I contacted school and they are happy to send him the bill if there is money outstanding.
So do I split 50/50 or pay the whole policy to school? and loose out on 2k?
