i am shortly due to have my conrtact of employment terminated on the grounds of a compomise agreement on the basis I can no longer work in my contracted part time hours.

I will be unemployed with effect from 1st June 2008.

Would I be entitled to legal aid, what are the factors that entitle people to legal aid and how can I find out which solicitors offer legal aid.

Hi,

There is a Legal Aid calculator here;

www.communitylegaladvice.org.uk/en/legalaid/calculator.jsp

and

a search for Resolution solicitors who undertake Legal Aid work here;

www.resolution.org.uk

Good luck! :)
