Sorry if this is the wrong area.
I am divorced, but I need some of the Court documents submitted in order to provide evidence to the CSA of my ex husbands income (he has managed to get a nil assessment)

I know I can’t just give these documents over, so I need to fill in a D11 to request them, but having looked at it I can’t work out quite what to fill in where or even how to request things? Do I fill in that this can be done without a hearing? Do I need to explain why I need them? Where do I request the documents??

Has anyone done one or get any idea how I do this?
I need a Statement and a couple of financial reports done by experts which should prove enough in the CSAs eyes.

Thanks in advance
