It cost my partner about £8000 between FDA and FDR. But he is up against someone who refuses to accept anything without an expert getting involved and also refuses to compromise on anything, so there was a lot of arguing between sides during that time.

The court costs will have been covered when Form A was submitted.

As far as other costs go, it depends. Are you represented?

Is the other party? Are you Applicant or Respondent?

If you have had FDA and are heading for FDR then a lot depends on what's in the order and needs to be funded ie expert reports. Otherwise it is the cost of preparing paperwork including an offer and representation on the day.
