I am a litigant in person. The form E is due to be received at Court by this Friday 3rd September, I emailed the applicants solicitor on 23rd August to ask when they would be in a position to exchange and was told that they were not yet in a position to exchange.
If they do not contact me to exchange by 3rd September do I just submit my Form E to the Court and the respondents solicitor.
Many thanks for any advice.

Send your Form E to the court on or before the date on the Notice. Hold fire on sending to the other side until they are ready to exchange and have arranged how it is to be done.
