Hi,
My case is listed for the accelerated procedure. Do you know if its better to go that way?If I dont choose accelerated procedure, I can do the first hearing route .

My ex is a non respondent to any paperwork, even decree of absolute was ex-parte .Thank you

The accelerated procedure is meant for parties who are able to agree the directions without the judge's involvement. It saves the Court the bother of listing a hearing in order to say "thanks for the agreed order, I approve".

If you have no agreement as the other side is not responding I don't see how the matter can proceed using the accelerated procedure.
