Hi im self repping at the moment.I've had my first cvp, done questionnaire and off the questionnaire I had more deficiencies for the ex to reply too.her solicitor has not replied now for 2 weeks past the court order for the deficiencies to be answered.I've emailed for 10 days solid now with no reply.I've heard about a D11 form or do I just email the court because I've got a new court date in 2 months.and I don't feel like I'm ready because of the non replies off the solicitor and there's no communication now.do I just print d11 off and send it to courts.do I send it to the solicitor too.and can I refuse to do the court fdr due too that they have not replied and broken the court order thanks in advance

You could notify the court on a D11 that the previous order for the other side to provide additional disclosure has not been complied with and ask for the judges directions. Depending on the nature of the missing disclosure you can include a draft order that you would like the court to make.

We could provided help with completing Form D11 through our Help with the Financial Settlement process service which is designed to support litigants in court in financial proceedings .

The service costs £90 for 1 hour (which should be enough for that one specific task) or you might choose to book for 3 hours so that the same consultant can continue to support you should you need any further support during your case. Based on the stage that you are at, I imagine you will do.

I cannot confirm the precise court fee as the D11 has no fixed fee - it depends on exactly what you ask the court to do. It won't be much - it may be nothing, it may be £50 to £80.
