Hi I'm a LIP who uses a solicitor on an unbundled service.
I do have a direct access barrister booked for my first hearing.

We will need to go to an FDR. I know an estimate of barrister fees for that. But I'm a bit stuck as to what to do about anticipated solicitor's fees.
In Section B I included them as "previous solictior" as I'm now LIP.

There's no such option for Section C so do I put anticpated costs down for solictior even though I'm a LIP?? I can't see what else to do?
Thank you.

Yes, put your solicitors costs in the previous solicitor section in the right hand column. The barrister's fees go under 'counsel'. All figures should be VAT-inclusive.

Section C is what you expect to pay from the end of the FDA to the end of the FDR. This is only an estimate so you can put an educated guess if you need to but otherwise ask your solicitor what they might charge.

Do the same for counsel and in relation to disbursements you should add those which you think you might incur. Typically these would be the costs of pension and property valuations (50% if the costs are to be split between the parties which is normal).

Thanks Charles, I conquered the first bits fine with help from previous threads here, it's section C I was struggling with. I will add in what I expect to spend on further solicitor costs between now and FDR.

I do think we need a pensions expert (other party disagrees) so will put half of estimated costs on there as disbursements.

Thank you :)
