I am now a LIP.I need to send schedule of deficiencies to my stbx solicitor.Do I also have to sent to court.If so via email or post?I am just starting out as LIP.Sorry.Thanks.

Hello, sorry for the delay in you receiving a reply.

Email is best - currently the courts are requesting electronic documents and files only.

If you are representing yourself and need some support, advice and assistance it's worth bearing in mind that Wikivorce do have low cost services to help litigants in person. Might be worth giving the helpline a call to find out more.
