my final trial is coming up and i cant afford a barrister i have had my S25 prepared by wikiforce, the date to exchange this document has passed and i still have not received my stxw copy from her solicitor, will and can this help my case;and is there any advice anybody can give me in regards to this messy financial settlement ?

it looks looks like another delay tactic by her solicitors; the solicitor has said they are on holiday and they will exchange next week Monday and the trial is on the 12th; they have done this before with the form E, FDA and Also FDR because they know i am a LLP, so frustrating $
