Oh dear, problem is you have an order by consent or you don`t (slightly more grey than that but i won`t bore you).

There is nothing to fear from court, get yourself a report from a solicitor, consultation report saying whats fair for you both and use it as a foundation of what your asking for.

Its also worth considering Arbitration as a way of bringing this to a swift and permanent end.

We attended mediation in 2013 when the order was agreed between us but as stated for some reason he never signed it.
Sorry I haven't heard of a consultation report before, will i really need one?
I had a solicitor when negotiating the Consent Order that never was and it cost over three thousand to get to that point.
I really cannot afford to have a solicitor as my financial situation is much worse now, so was just going to represent myself.
