I've just basically sacked my solicitor. 2 adjourned FDR's where both parties had barristers and I've finally ran out of cash.
My question is what do I do now?! I think I need to send the court a form FP8 to advise I'm self repping?
We are nearly at the point of agreeing a settlement and I'm intending on using WIKI for the Consent Order. Do I need to carry on meeting court direction dates?
Thanks x

Under court directions there are certain dates I need to submit evidence. Do I just send this to the court?

If the directions say "file" that means you send it to the court.
Where they say "serve" that means you send it to the other party.
Often the directs say to file and serve - so you do both.
